A: The intelligent actuator includes an electronic torque limiter that monitors motor current and compares it to programmed torque curves. If the torque exceeds the set limit (adjustable 40-100% of rated), the actuator immediately stops and signals a torque alarm. This prevents stem twisting, seat damage, and gearbox failure.
Q: Can the actuator be retrofitted to existing manual valves?
